In2Clinical’s higher goal is to provide support to Clinical Trials, initiated by our research partners, by contributing to the creation of solutions for the needs of every single client.

Therefore we are targeting to become a leading example in high-quality clinical staffing.  To achieve our goal, we focus on providing our team with a fully comprehensive role-specific training, reinforced by both on- and off-site coaching. Additionally we strive to work with an ongoing evaluation system, due to which we can offer our clients dedicated clinical staffing but on the other hand can follow-up closely on the professional growth of our team. This way of working is a win-win-win situation, for our client, our team member and In2Clinical.

Besides clinical staffing support, we also aim to become a supportive partner in Investigator Clinical Trials (IIT). An IIT is a clinical study that is initiated, developed, designed, and conducted by a qualified Investigator, who assumes sole responsibility for the conduct of the study. We, at In2Clinical, strive to support every IIT in the execution of the trial, on all levels.
